Regarding the 52670 and 52670-A Forms

American Computer Software has recently come across a number of cases with confusion over which pages of the 52670 need to have a signature. Some Contract Administrators are telling sites that a signature is not only required on the 52670 form, but also the 52670-A. In some cases, they are even trying to withhold payment and reject the HAP vouchers that don't have a signature on every page.
The primary reason for the problems and confusion is that the newest version of the forms were not posted on the HUDClips site.
As of right now, the correct forms and instructions have been posted to HUDClips (www.hudclips.org) and there is only a signature line on the 52670 form. If you run into any issues with your CA with regards to signatures, please refer them to the links below as a reference for the official forms. These forms are identical to the forms in MANAGEMENT Plus (version 4.370 and higher and version 5.017 and higher).
