PMAS RealProperty PLUS 3.0 Now Offers Background Screening and PDF Invoice Archiving for Property Managers

In March, Domin-8 announced the acquisition of PMAS and its RealProperty solutions. PMAS Customers Now Offered Background Screening Service
Background Screening, currently integrated with Domin-8's Paradigm Residential Property Management (RPM) and Management PLUS solutions, is now also available to users of RealProperty PLUS. Background Screening provides on-the-spot applicant screening for credit, criminal and eviction history, with rigorous enforcement of screening results. Domin-8's solution uses information provided by two industry leading business partners - Equifax for credit checks and LexisNexis for criminal and evictions checks. This service provides for a single point of data entry, quick turnaround of results, strict enforcement of business rules as well as ancillary revenue for property owners - now all available through the RealProperty PLUS solution.
Background Screening has been added to the Guest Card, Applicants and Traffic screen within the Resident Management module of RealProperty PLUS. This allows Background Screening to run during the application process and to provide immediate results. PDF Documents Archived
Additionally, the profile invoices/statements process with PMAS has been enhanced to allow the user to specify that a PDF copy of the invoice should be archived in the system's imaging system. A documents tab has been added to the View Profile History and Accounts Receivable process to permit easy access to these invoices/statements.
