Dear Management PLUS Customer,

         The following information is important for those of you that have HUD properties. If your portfolio only includes Tax Credit and/or Market Rate properties, you can disregard this.

         Management PLUS v5.6 has been released and is available to download now, for those customers that are currently on maintenance. This release provides support for the mandatory TRACS 2.0.2.C changes and new communication protocol. Software can be downloaded from the Customer Support Portal.

If you receive an Access Violation Error in Management Plus when trying to submit with iMAX, your WASS ID may not be set up to transmit with iMAX. To fix a set up issue, you will need your Coordinator to update your WASS ID and password with HUD's Secure Systems.
